✅ Affected Sellers：Sellers who export or transship goods regulated by the CPSC to the United States, including all entities that use FBA for first-mile warehousing

✅ Affected Categories：Covers but is not limited to categories that originally require CPSC compliance certificates, including apparel, children's products, toys, electronic products, household goods and more.

III. Consequences of Violations

Goods with incomplete electronic declaration will trigger a chain of risks:

• Detained or delayed directly by the customs and unable to enter the country;

• FBA warehousing interruption leads to stockouts and ranking decline;

• If it falls within the scope of Amazon Direct Validation (DV), it may also simultaneously result in ASIN suspension and account compliance reviews.
