⚠️ Goods that fail to comply with regulations on schedule will be detained by the customs, which will directly affect FBA warehousing and store operation.
This adjustment only modifies the certificate submission process and does not change the original product certification scope:

Special Nodes | — | Starting from January 8, 2027, imported goods in the free trade zones shall be subject to the same rules accordingly. |
✅ Affected Sellers:Sellers who export or transship goods regulated by the CPSC to the United States, including all entities that use FBA for first-mile warehousing
✅ Affected Categories:Covers but is not limited to categories that originally require CPSC compliance certificates, including apparel, children's products, toys, electronic products, household goods and more.

Goods with incomplete electronic declaration will trigger a chain of risks:
Detained or delayed directly by the customs and unable to enter the country;
FBA warehousing interruption leads to stockouts and ranking decline;
If it falls within the scope of Amazon Direct Validation (DV), it may also simultaneously result in ASIN suspension and account compliance reviews.
Use Regulatory Robot to confirm whether the product falls under CPSC's jurisdiction.
We have updated the new regulations to our cooperating customs broker and confirmed that they support electronic declaration.
If importing via the Free Trade Zone, mark January 8, 2027 as the secondary compliance checkpoint.
