2026·Innovation | 11th Anniversary • Chengdu-Deyang Team Building Concludes

     
         2026, a year of innovation and renewal. Following Shenzhen and Hangzhou, which kicked off the celebrations for the 11th Anniversary, partners from Chengdu and Deyang gathered at Yunxi Valley in Mianzhu from August 8 to 9 for a cross-city team-building event, bringing the series of 11th Anniversary celebrations to a successful close.

Journeying between two cities, marching toward the mountains

Chengdu to Deyang is no more than a hundred li apart. Colleagues who usually collaborate remotely behind screens finally sat together on the coach. They talked about work and daily life. Some mentioned it was their first time going river rafting, while others recalled with a smile that they joined the company last year right in time for its 10th anniversary. Upon arriving at Yunxi Valley, green mountains came into view. In the group photo, everyone wore relaxed smiles. The genuine ease of setting work aside and simply being together was palpable.

The afternoon rafting activity served as the most straightforward "team test" of this team building event. Rubber boats drifted downstream. When hitting rapids, waves crashed over everyone, and the boats jolted violently. Yet people in each boat instinctively pulled together in the same direction at the same moment — gripping the ropes and lowering their bodies with remarkably coordinated movements. Once on calm waters, a joyful water fight broke out with splashes everywhere. Some colleagues mentioned afterwards: the time they got soaked the most was when they laughed the loudest.

An evening buffet barbecue, with charcoal crackling. Everyone sat around, discussing business collaboration as well as their personal growth stories. As night fell, a bonfire was lit and fireworks bloomed across the sky. People sang songs, roasted marshmallows and made popcorn. Colleagues from Chengdu and Deyang grew closer amid laughter.

Eleven years together, embarking on a new journey

In the early morning of the 9th, all staff returned safely. Though the two-day activity was brief, many people sat side by side and enjoyed pleasant conversations on the bus. With coordination across four cities including Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Deyang, the team building series for the 11th anniversary came to a successful conclusion.

Standing at the starting point of the next eleven years, may all partners of 1981 turn this cohesion into driving force for progress and embark on a new journey hand in hand in the year of "Innovation and Reform" in 2026.
