On September 24, 2026, the 11th Anniversary Commendation Event of 1981 Technology was held simultaneously in Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Deyang via online connection. For this year's anniversary, the company chose to return to two simple words — gratitude and perseverance. The eleven-year journey has been forged step by step by a group of people. The most touching moments are still the award ceremonies for the "3-Year Tenure" and "5-Year Tenure" honorees.

Partners who have completed three years of employment, known as the "Three-Year Vets", receive custom exclusive diamond rings from the company. Though the rings are modest in size, they embody every late night spent working overtime over the past three years, every order secured, and every moment of falling and rising again. This is no ordinary ring; it is the company’s sincere tribute to employees’ dedication. The company remembers every path you have taken and cherishes the time you have devoted.

Colleagues who have completed five years of employment, known as "5-Year Veterans", received Longines watches engraved with the marks of time. At the meeting, Founder Ms. Zheng delivered a speech that brought tears to many people at the four venue sites. She said she was filled with emotion watching everyone grow year after year, much like watching her own children. Seeing you evolve from being inexperienced to capable of handling responsibilities independently, and from knowing nothing to being able to take on tough tasks, this sense of gratification is the most rewarding gain from running an enterprise.
