July 20, 2026 marks the 11th anniversary of the founding of 1981 Technology. To express gratitude to all employees for their continuous companionship, ease daily work pressure and strengthen cohesion among cross-regional teams, the company has organized distinctive outdoor outings in Shenzhen and Hangzhou respectively. With two summer carnivals of vastly different styles, we jointly celebrate the company's 11-year journey of growth.

Shenzhen Company: Forge Original Aspirations Amid Stormy Wilderness, Showcase Passion on Muddy Arena

The Shenzhen team headed for the outdoor activity site at Laohugou in Yuanshan Scenic Area, Longgang. All members, dressed uniformly in white work uniforms and wearing baseball caps, embarked on a mountain development activity. Heavy rain poured down on the day of the event, making the mountain paths muddy and slippery, yet it did nothing to dampen everyone’s enthusiasm for participation.

During the jungle live-action CS field combat session, team members weave through the rain-soaked dense forest, dividing tasks, coordinating offense and defense, and honing team chemistry amid the confrontation.

The off-road mountain vehicle experience pushed the atmosphere at the scene to a climax. Everyone raced along the muddy mountain trails with mud splashing from the wheels. Covered in mud from head to toe, all participants cheered nonstop, fully demonstrating the team spirit of daring to take on challenges and striving for excellence.

      During leisure time, activities including archery, outdoor billiards, automatic mahjong and forest fishing are available in an orderly manner. Everyone can team up freely, chat casually and take photos to record the wonderful moments.

In the evening, all staff were divided into groups for a wild cooking competition. They washed vegetables and prepared ingredients, lit fires and cooked. Working together amid the warm atmosphere of cooking smoke, they served a variety of farmhouse-style dishes. Sharing the fruits of their labor brought colleagues closer to one another.

A wealth of outdoor activities fully unleashes everyone's energy, and heavy rain cannot dampen the team's burning enthusiasm for moving forward together.

Hangzhou Company: Chaoying Camp Joy Gathering, Embrace Summer with Music and Fireworks

The Hangzhou team drove to JuanShou · TingChao Music Camp in Fuyang District and hosted an all-in-one outdoor party combining quiet leisure and dynamic activities under the theme "Unite as One, Groove Through Summer"

Dual-track Daytime Camp Carnival: The air-conditioned indoor party zone opens with various board games including UNO, Werewolf, Mahjong and Poker for mental challenges and fun competitions. Meanwhile, outdoor activities such as stream wading and fish catching, recreational archery and kayaking races are available. Guests can immerse themselves in summer nature and relieve stress through water play and competitions.

As the sun sets, a buffet barbecue feast featuring more than 30 kinds of meat and vegetable ingredients kicks off on schedule. The aroma of charcoal-grilled meat fills the air, with unlimited soft drinks, tea and fruit juice available. After nightfall, the event reaches its grand audiovisual highlight: live performances by a professional band paired with a dreamy bubble show. Brilliant fireworks burst across the night sky. Amid the interplay of light and shadow, everyone captures the romantic moments of this anniversary gathering. Music, delicacies and fireworks weave wonderful summer memories exclusive to the Hangzhou team.

After eleven years of forging ahead through storms, the branches of 1981 Technology across the country have marched forward together and achieved steady growth. This differentiated anniversary team-building event held in Shenzhen and Hangzhou not only allowed employees to unwind amid nature and fun, but also further consolidated the foundation of teamwork and conveyed the warm corporate culture.

The 11th Anniversary Outdoor Celebration of 1981 Deyang and Chengdu Companies will officially be held on August 1. All staff are full of anticipation. We wish the outdoor celebrations at Deyang Station and Chengdu Station a complete success.
