At the event, Rey, Amazon Europe Senior Expansion and Operations Manager, took the stage first, providing an in-depth interpretation of Amazon's official overseas expansion policies. Covering policy support directions and resource allocation priorities, Rey used authoritative data and clear explanations to chart a course for sellers entering the European market, giving them a thorough understanding of the European marketplace's policy environment.

Following this, Grace, the Operations Director of 1981 Technology, delivered a series of practical insights. The training offered a systematic approach—from beginner to advanced levels—solidifying operational foundations. It centered on five core modules of greatest concern to Amazon sellers:
